Three Generations Modular Homes

Step 1: Evaluation

During this step, we meet with our clients to discuss all aspects of building development and help them make sure everything is in line to ensure a seamless process. This includes budget planning, floor plan and design selections, estimating, and timeframe evaluation.

Step 2: Design

At this stage, you will make your design selections such as hardware, flooring, paint colors, and other interior details. In the meantime, our team will assist with preparing the paperwork necessary to develop the site plan and gather zoning permits. We will also share your design plans and coordinate with the manufacturer to begin the construction of your new home.

Step 3: Mobilization

During this phase, we are concurrently preparing your site and constructing your home in our manufacturing facility. This coordinated effort means a quicker completion timeframe, making modular a preferred choice for expedited construction. All efforts at the home site are completed in time for the arrival of the modular units.

Step 4: Construction

Next, your home is set into place. This part of the process involves a well-organized procedure with an experienced crew and cranes to ensure every piece is taken from the trailers and set precisely where it needs to be. After the units are set, the Three Generations team will wrap up the structural and mechanical aspects and all the finishing touches complete the construction phase of the project.

Step 5: Move-in

Step 5 is the exciting part. Your new home will be move-in ready! During this phase, we will walk you through your new home with you to ensure everything is exactly the way you want. Next, our team will check-in with you one month following move-in and then again in one year to assist with any service needs or questions you may have. Plus, your new home comes with a 10-year homeowner’s warranty!
